Diva Themes is a sister site to both Template Goddess and Starlet Studios, all three specializing in helping Niteflirt PSOs make the most out of their listings, blogs and other related sites. This site was created for the sole purpose of providing custom quality Wordpress themes for those flirts out there who’d like to match their listings to their blog designs. You do not have to purchase the matching Template Goddess template in order to buy and use a theme here, it’s just a nice option to have! If you are looking for a pre-made template to spice up your listing, look no further and head over to Template Goddess. If you are seeking 100% custom work, go check out Starlet Studios and I’d be happy to help you along. That said, welcome and be sure and read the terms, as that should answer many of the questions you may have.

So, what’s the deal?

Here’s a rundown:

  • To use one of the themes showcased here, you must have your own domain. Don’t have it? You can check out the domains for sale on NameFlirt, or you can go over to GoDaddy and register a suitable hot new name.
  • Check? Now you need hosting. Need a terrific budget host? Try these guys.
  • You will be responsible for changing the nameservers. And if you have no idea what that means, I’ll gladly guide you through the quick and painless process.
  • See below for installation details.

Why would I need a blog?

  • Visibility outside Niteflirt. A Niteflirt listing is limited to 7000 characters and while much success has been found on Niteflirt alone, even they suggest outside advertising. There is no better advertising than your own regularly updated blog.
  • Loyal fans. A blog allows you to further interact with your existing callers and keeps them coming back for more and more updates (meaning more and more calls!)
  • Gain new callers. A blog allows you to further entice those who haven’t quite bitten the bullet yet. Just the right post on just the right day and you stand a much better chance at a larger audience and vaster call volume.
  • Search engine traffic is always pure gold, and while simply installing a blog will not guarantee top search results, using the Wordpress blogging platform alone highly increases your chances at improving and gives you the tools you need to succeed.
  • Save space! This is HUGELY important. I run across listings I re-design all the time that have very few allowed characters left. When a Flirt suddenly gets the yearning to add another photo pack to her listing but can’t, having an outside separate site really comes in handy, as you can link all your codes on your blog instead of your actual listing.
  • Your own photo hosting. The wordpress program allows for uploading your own photos and content, therefore putting YOU in full control of the hosting itself.
  • Professionalism. Lastly this is probably the most important. PSOs come and go from Niteflirt. Often times callers are hesitant to delve in too deeply or get too caught up. When a Niteflirt customer sees you are serious enough about what you do and what you offer to have extended it to your very own site, your credibility is likely to increase.

A final thought on the actual Wordpress blogging platform. WP, while open source and free, is one powerful running engine for just about any of your website needs. As this site and service deals solely with the standard theme and blogging, do not miss out exploring it on your own, no matter what you’re looking to do. It’s almost guaranteed that WP can do it for you. Wordpress can even power a full member paysite!

What’s the cost of the full package?

For $175 total, you get the theme, installation, matching template and animated banner.

What if I already have a blog and only need the theme and template?

If you already run your own blog and only need the theme, installation, and template the price is $125 total (theme, template, installation)

What if I run my own blog and want the theme, AND I can install it myself?

If you ONLY need the theme file itself (customized with your name, no install, no matching template or banner), the price is $75 total.

What if I only want the Niteflirt template?

The theme can be purchased without the matching template. However the Niteflirt template alone cannot be purchased because the theme is what’s already created.

I really love a certain theme but it’s not exactly what I want. Can you change it?

All themes and templates are customized with your member name and an optional tagline. That is the only customization available for any pre-made design. If you require heavier changing of elements, fonts, etc, I would advise you to consider my full custom services over at Starlet Studios.

Do you take requests?

I always put heavy consideration on the input of my clients as they are the voices of Niteflirt and none of my design sites would otherwise exist, so yes I would say I take “suggestions”, sure. ;)

Installation vs Wordpress support (important)

Installation means installing Wordpress, the theme, and the plugins so they all work, display and run correctly on your blog. I will include the creation of up to 5 categories for no extra charge, as this affords you to start posting immediately and be organized about it. But it does not include creating pages (about me, galleries, etc), or dealing with any content. If you are a total newbie to blogging and Wordpress, you must think carefully if this is something you are ready to do. WP is probably the easiest most user-friendly site management tool you can use, but it’s not without *some* time invested in learning. If all you want to do is post, you can literally learn to do that in about a half hour if that. But there is more to blogging than just posting. There is knowing your categories, tags (if used), creating pages, managing comments and learning to back up your database. While that all sounds very daunting, it’s really not but it DOES require commitment. There’s nothing more disappointing to a potential caller than to click from your listing to your blog and see it hasn’t been updated in weeks or months. Blogging isn’t required everyday to be successful, but I would advise a minimum of once a week.

I do NOT offer Wordpress technical support beyond the installation. Luckily though, there are many terrific resources out there to help you, in addition to the Wordpress official site itself. :)

Now, if you have NO idea anything I just said or what it means, but still really want to run your own blog, I have some solutions for you.

  • Contact me and I can give you temporary access to a demo version of the back-end admin area of a Wordpress install, so you can “try before you buy” and know in advance if it’s something within your current skills to do successfully.

Wordpress Plugins

What’s a Wordpress plugin? Without getting all technical on you, they are simply add-ons that will make your blogging, and therefore life, far easier. There’s a gazillion plugins available for WP, but the truth is you don’t need a million. In fact you really only need a handful, as too many plugins can slow down your site and we know how impatient our guys can be. :D Therefore, after examining and testing many, I’ve narrowed it down to 10 very useful and handy little perks that you can optionally receive with your install. Please be advised I did not write these plugins, that they are 3rd party and therefore I offer no support on them. I will install them and make sure they are running correctly on your blog. You will, though, always have a link to the plugin creator site, so any support issues can be directed accordingly.
