You must agree to the terms prior to buying and using themes from Diva Themes:

LEGAL USE

• You are not granted ownership and in no way can claim a theme as your own. You are given a license to use the customized theme for as long as you wish.
• You are not allowed to redistribute, give away or sell any Diva Theme product.
• You may use your theme on any Wordpress installation you wish, so long as it was created for the member name customized in the theme header.
• You are free to alter the theme colors and CSS to suit your needs, but be aware that is at your own risk, as Diva Themes accepts no responsibility for changes made after your theme is customized and given to you. Any fixes will be charged accordingly.
• You may not alter the theme header to reflect any other name, in order to avoid an extra licensing fee. Your theme is for one character/member name only.
• If you opted for a matching Niteflirt template, please refer here to the terms of Template Goddess and be aware they apply to your purchase.

Photos in header: Sometimes in these themes, I offer the option of adding your own photo to the header. Make sure your photo is YOUR photo, meaning your own personal photo or one you have LICENSE to use. If you are looking for content, make sure you obtain it legally. I can provide you with many quality content resources upon your inquiry. I will not be held legally responsible for working with a photo you do not have the legal right to use, and if necessary, you may be questioned in advance as to licensing and proof.

TECHNICAL TERMS

Blog support: Any problems with the actual running of your Wordpress install needs to be directed for support at Wordpress.org. I do not provide script technical support.

Theme Setup: If you do not choose installation, please know in advance that you have the Wordpress or the help of a friend who does to aide you. If you aren’t sure, inquire as to the process. I’m happy to save you some money by directing you to some tutorials. That said, installing a Wordpress theme is not difficult, but know in advance if you are up to the task. You will receive instructions along with your theme should you not want it set up for you.

OTHER TERMS

Hosting & Domains: This site assumes you  have your own webspace from which to run your Wordpress blog w/theme. In order to order a theme, you must have a domain name and a server it sits on, already hosted. I do not currently provide webhosting space but I would be happy to direct you to a few great choices.

Header Customization: All themes come with free header customization in addition to adding a tagline of your choice to most (optional). Please bear in mind that while a theme is just that, a theme, and despite that the same exact style you see on the theme is what you will receive, often times your own title can look different than the sample. This is due to font letters varying in appearance and a few letters here and there can make a huge difference. If your title is longer, it will look different than if it’s shorter and so forth. I will not vary or take further customizations on changing fonts or styles (ie metallic, glossy, etc). Whatever the theme uses is what you will receive. NO other customization is included for the theme price. If you see a theme you love but invision something a bit different, I would be happy to discuss a custom theme via Starlet Studios. REFUNDS & OPERATION POLICIES

Payments: All templates I require full payment in advance, no exceptions.

NO Refunds. There are no refunds on themes as they are digital items and cannot be logically “returned”. Please be certain about your purchase when you buy the theme. If there has been an error on my part, it will be fixed immediately, no charge. Refunds, however, are not allowed. That said, if you have a problem that needs addressing, you will find I am very easy to work with and it’s of the highest importance to me that you are fully 100% satisfied.

Theme customization timelines and deadlines: When you contact me to inquire on a theme or package, and what the timeline will be but did not yet purchase and ONLY yet inquired, you are given a specific day or time when your theme can be started and finished. If you wait until days later to contact me again and have not processed the order, I cannot guarantee that timeframe will still be valid, as I serve my clients in the order in which they purchase from me.

Business Hours:This is a home business. I am not in an office building, but working from my comfy computer chair with my leopard print pillows and other “home” decor. I work LATE nights often. I am in NO way obligated to be here to answer email correspondence at 8am in the morning. I am, however, here daily and hours and hours at a time so do not fret if I am not here for a few hours. I ALWAYS and promptly answer all emails.

Support: I do not provide phone support or Yahoo support for themes. Phone support is restricted to custom clients via Starlet Studios, due to the nature of explaining ideas for unique non pre-made designs. Because these are pre-made, and a lot of instruction is included, then email support should suffice. I put a lot of emphasis on customer satisfaction. The site is a business but it is also a true passion and I try to never lose sight of that!
